So you can get on board with us:

Administration, maintenance and further development of the IT infrastructure (servers, clients, mobile devices, 2FA)
Deployment and maintenance of end devices
Administration for standard software applications including M365, MS AD, Atlassian, ERP and others
On-site deployments for administration of network infrastructure (patch panel), internet connectivity (FO, WiFi), networked production machines and IoT applications
Support of onboarding/offboarding workflows for employees
Organize (external) and hold (internal) trainings - standard applications
Stakeholder interface - key users (applications), Dev-Ops (development environment), customer portal (backend)
Continuous training on innovations, new technologies, systems and standards (including IT security) and their assessed implementation
Service provider to internal customers (employees, teams, locations)
Project work for the further development of the IT infrastructure as well as for the implementation of new customer requirements (new use cases)
Maintenance of the in-house knowledge base

A completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist or comparable, a completed degree in the field of IT or computer science, or comparable
Good communication skills coupled with initiative, creativity and flexibility
Structured and goal-oriented way of working
Passion for optimization and digitization projects
Good knowledge in Microsoft server and client technologies
Good knowledge of spoken and written German and English
Linux skills desirable
